Ante Natal aqua Classes

Prices

Classes are held weekly but attendance is on a casual basis. $30/class. I don't have eftpost so please bring cash or a cheque. Concession available.

Schedule

CURRENT Friday mornings at 9.30am at AUT Millennium Centre @ 9.30 - 10.30am. Five Week Christmas Challenge starting 8th Nov - 6th Dec 2024, come and join!

First Class

Please come at 9.15 for your first class. This allows time for you to complete and enrolment form, and for me to go through the dos and don'ts of Aqua.

Extra Info

Some more info is also over on the FAQ page re parking etc and group tea and coffee after class.

If you see your LMC before coming to Ante Natal Aqua, please ask for a letter for me so I know that you don't have any medical problems. This is not a prerequisite to starting Ante Natal Aqua, but it is useful for me.
